Intro to Fitness

Our Intro to Fitness package is for members who want help putting together a roadmap to better fitness but aren't ready to make a big commitment to personal training.

We'll teach you the basics of cardio, strength and flexibility through a custom-designed fitness program.

Whether your goal is to lose weight, tone up, build endurance or recovery quicker from injury, partnering with a Fit Pro will help you get the most from your workouts and achieve noticeable results faster.

Pilates

Pilates is a great way to get your mind in tune with your body. We focus on proper breathing techniques, improving your posture & balance, strengthening your core (abs and back), and increasing your muscle endurance. Pilates is challenging yet relaxing and you will leave feeling energized! We are currently offering Pilates on Tuesday & Thursday evenings at 5:00 pm. Call for more information (320) 843-2127.

Guts & Butts

Guts & Butts is a high energy, fast paced workout that will surely tighten those problem areas! Take this class at your own pace, beginners are welcome. Sessions last 30 minutes and consist of alternating abdominal and glute exercises. You will leave this class feeling stronger than ever! Currenly classes are held on Mondays and Wednesdays at 12pm. Biggest Loser/Group Training

If you're looking to drop pounds in a fun, social setting, our Biggest Loser Contest is for you! There are two teams who work closely together to lose the most weight. Each team member keeps track of their food intake daily and weighs in weekly. We've just added exciting new team challenges once a week and group circuit training sessions once a week to help you burn those calories! BOOT CAMP

This high speed, intense work out will surely whip you into shape for summer! Come prepared to sweat and burn calories like you've never done before! Boot Camp is twice a week for about 45 min....but don't worry, this will be a very action filled 45 min! Currently Boot Camp is held on Mondays & Wednesdays at 5pm. Senior Toning Class

Our Senior Toning Class is open to members 55+. This class is a circuit style workout that will keep you moving for 45 min! You will tone your muscles and stregthen your bones while moving to your favorite oldies music! Come socialize with other seniors and get in shape while doing it! Classes are currently held on Tuesdays & Thurdays at 10am-10:45am. Call for more information (320) 843-2127.

Senior Walking Club

Our new Senior Walking Club is a great way to improve your cardiovascular fitness and burn calories. Come take a stroll around Benson with your peers and do some light stretching and strength training. Socialize and get fit at the same time! Open to members 55 and up. Beginners Toning Circuit

Our Beginners Toning Circuit is geared toward anyone who is just beginning their exercise routine or would like a change of pace from their current routine. You will work your muscles from head to toe with some cardio in between. Exercises will be done in a circuit format with different exercises at each station.
