Starting with your FREE consultation, your Fit Pro reviews your medical and exercise history, clarifies your goals, tests your strength, endurance and flexibility and recommends a customized workout plan.

From there, you have options - working one-on-one with your trainer on a regular basis, following a recommended routine with occasional check-ins or taking part in specialty classes like our Boot Camp 101.

Pilates

Pilates is a great way to get your mind in tune with your body. We focus on proper breathing techniques, improving your posture & balance, strengthening your core (abs and back), and increasing your muscle endurance. Pilates is challenging yet relaxing and you will leave feeling energized! We are currently offering Pilates on Tuesday & Thursday evenings at 5:00 pm. Call for more information (320) 843-2127.

Guts & Butts

Guts & Butts is a high energy, fast paced workout that will surely tighten those problem areas! Take this class at your own pace, beginners are welcome. Sessions last 30 minutes and consist of alternating abdominal and glute exercises. You will leave this class feeling stronger than ever! Currenly classes are held on Mondays and Wednesdays at 12pm. BOOT CAMP

This high speed, intense work out will surely whip you into shape for summer! Come prepared to sweat and burn calories like you've never done before! Boot Camp is twice a week for about 45 min....but don't worry, this will be a very action filled 45 min! Currently Boot Camp is held on Mondays & Wednesdays at 5pm and now 5:30 am Fridays! Call for more information (320) 843-2127.

Senior Toning Class

Our Senior Toning Class is open to members 55+. This class is a circuit style workout that will keep you moving for 45 min! You will tone your muscles and stregthen your bones while moving to your favorite oldies music! Come socialize with other seniors and get in shape while doing it! Classes are currently held on Tuesdays & Thurdays at 10am-10:45am. Call for more information (320) 843-2127.

Snap Trekkers

Our new "Snap Trekkers" is a great way to improve your cardiovascular fitness and burn calories. Come take a stroll around Benson with your peers and do some light stretching and strength training. Socialize and get fit at the same time!  Currently we are walking on Tuesdays @ 6pm at the track. Call for mroe information (320) 843-2127.

Intro To PT

Our Intro to Fitness package is for members who want help putting together a roadmap to better fitness but aren't ready to make a big commitment to personal training.

We'll teach you the basics of cardio, strength and flexibility through a custom-designed fitness program.

Whether your goal is to lose weight, tone up, build endurance or recovery quicker from injury, partnering with a Fit Pro will help you get the most from your workouts and achieve noticeable results faster.

Total Body Toning

Our NEW Total Body Toning class is specifically designed for all ages and abilites. Using a combination of bands, hand weights and your own body weight you will be sure to get a toned body fast! Every muscle in your body will be worked in this fun and challenging class. With the upbeat music and variety of exercises you will leave feeling enthusiastic and strong!
