Avis Bryduck is one of our very dedicated senior members! Avis says she joined Snap Fitness because she needed to exercise for her health. She is very active in our club and got herself involved from day 1. Avis started out with one on one Personal Training and from there decided to take part in our Senior Toning Class as well. She says that Snap Fitness gives her the opportunity to improve her health and she can exercise when it's convenient for her, for as long as she wants, and as many times a week as she wants." Avis is a great example of our seniors motto, "Fitness is Ageless!" 

Jeannie Thompson

Jeannie ThompsonJeannie Thompson is the business office manager at Meadow Lane in Benson. She has been a member at Snap Fitness since late Fall 2007 and has been a very active member ever since! Jeannie has four children and like many other mothers has struggled to take off the excess weight she gained from having children. Jeannie decided she'd had enough and started using the treadmills, ellipticals, and weights at Snap Fitness several days a week. Jeannie also joined both the Pilates and Guts & Butts class offered. Jeannie said, "Angela does an excellent job teaching her classes. She always changes up her routines, no two classes are ever the same. The classes target all muscle groups and they are fun! The classes have made a HUGE difference, my clothes fit better and even the clothes that were hidden in the back of my closet I am now able to wear! I have more energy, feel more relaxed and less stressed over every day life. Snap Fitness is a huge asset to Benson!"

Bill & Jan Luzum

Bill & Jan LuzumJan & Bill Luzum have been enjoying Snap Fitness since becoming members this fall. Whether they come together or seperate, they enjoy using Snap Fitness to stay active and healthy. According to Jan & Bill, "One must be active in life. Exercise and diet are important. It keeps your body and mind healthy." Bill has always played sports and still plays tennis twice a week! He uses Snap Fitness as a way to stay in shape during the off season and says, "It is a great aid to exercise indoors so one doesn't have to depend on the weather." They enjoy the equipment Snap Fitness offers and feel stronger and healthier when using it. They said, "Walking on a treadmill or 2-3 miles outdoors three or four times a week is very beneficial to your overall health, muscle tone, and weight control."
