I have worked with people of all ages, sizes and levels. Having overcome my own struggles with weight is what inspired me to become a fitness trainer.  I specialize in developing individual training programs designed to fit your lifestyle and will give you the level of motivation necessary to help you reach your goals and keep them.

Specialties/Background

I have worked as a personal trainer for 10 years at several different health clubs in the Atlanta, Georgia area including:  Australian Body Works, LA Fitness, Body Pros Physical Therapy, and in-home training.  I also enjoy decorating, cooking, working out and spending time with my family.
