Jenny had this to say about her Snap experience....

After many months of feeling bad about myself and what I, a busy mom of 2, had let my body become, I finally decided to do something about it.  But I wasn't sure what.  I ran across an article in the paper about a new business opening in town -  Snap Fitness.  I had never heard of Snap, but it turned out Snap was in a great location for me so with a lot of hesitation I decided to check it out.  I had never once in my 33 years of existence stepped foot into a gym.  Honestly, this was a very daunting task for me as I am sure many people can relate.  My idea of a gym was walking into this huge room filled with rock hard bodies and people who would stare at me like I was from some other planet.  VERY SCARY, but I knew that if I wanted to change the way I looked, I had to do it.  No more excuses.  So I set my fears aside and walked into Snap in a Sunday afternoon in February.  I was immediately welcomed by one of the owners, Kevin, who made me feel very comfortable right off the bat as he took me around and showed me all of the equipment and taning room.  I enjoy tanning and was excited that tanning for members is only an addtional $10 a month and you can go as many times as you want.  I signed up that day.

Since then, I have made an effort to get to the gym at least 4 times a week - and I sometimes come as many as 7 days a week.  I am losing inches and have gone down a full pant size since starting Snap more than 5 months ago.  I feel better, sleep better and have more evergy than I have in a long time.

Snap is a small "quaint" gym and it feels like it's My gym tht I share with other people - roomates so to speak.  For busy people like me it is great because I can come in ANY time I want - 24 hours a day - 7 days aweek.  It is always clean and it is a great way to get away from it all - kids, work and everything else - and just have ME time.  My main goal in all of this is to keep coming to the gym to stay healthy - and I would love to drop another size or two in the coming months.
