Fall in people, it’s time for PT!
This will be a ½ hour Marine style boot camp broken down into 3 phases, just like real Marine boot camp. Phase 1 will be focused on core development while burning off excess calories. Phase 2 will focus on strength and muscular endurance while incorporating all aspects of phase 1. Phase 3 is the culmination of all of your training and will focus on dropping those last few stubborn pounds.
Each phase is 1 month in length and should be completed in succession. This is boot camp suitable for all fitness levels and will teach you to train at your personal intensity.
Those chosen few that complete this program will receive all the benefits of the title of Snap Fitness Marine.
