Special Congratulations to Colorado Springs member LISA CRAIG!

What a success story!  Lisa has been battling her Type I Diabetes for over 30 years.  She started working out with us in February 2009 and in just that little time has seen her cholesterol drop 23 pts.  and her heMoglobin is the lowest it's been in 3 years! 

A statement from Lisa:  "I joined SNAP to lower my cholesterol so I didn't have to take medicine.  An added bonus is "FREE" cable!!!  I Love the Arc Trainer.  It took a while to get used to it but it was worth keeping at it.  I don't get dizzy anymore like I did the first couple weeks."  

Lisa could only finish 2 minutes on the arc trainer when she first started, now she's doing 25 minutes 3-4 times a week!  Lisa has gained weight with us, YES-gained.  She's gained 18 pounds of lean muscle mass and lost 9.2% body fat! 

WAY TO GO LISA!!!  CONGRATULATIONS!  Great job and Thanks for sharing with all of us.  It's a great accomplishment and a lot to be proud of!
