EDUCATION

 

A.J. holds the NCAA-accredited National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer Certification and is focused on designing goal-specific programs by developing and modifying exercises in a safe and effective manner adaptable to a variety of clients.

EXPERIENCE

 

He studied Tae Kwon Do at Jim’s Martial Arts in Shawnee, Oklahoma before obtaining his second-degree black belt and going on to teach classes at a private gym in Okemah, Oklahoma.  While there, A.J. was also a lifeguard for two years and taught swimming lessons to children and adults.

INTERESTS

A.J. is currently studying for his Corrective Exercise Specialist Certification to better serve clients recovering from injuries.?

Achieve in a group what is hard to do alone! Our certified Fitness Professional leads a small group through a twice-weekly, 12-week intense total-body workout program. Expect quick results from routines that encompass the three key areas of fitness-cardio, strength and flexibility.

Boot Camp 101 is for everybody - classes are offered at both beginner and intermediate levels.
