Boot Camp 101

It takes consistency to get results. Boot Camp 101 is just the class to keep you motivated and on track.
Achieve in a group what is hard to do alone! Our certified Fitness Professional leads a small group through a twice-weekly, 12-week intense total-body workout program. Expect quick results from routines that encompass the three key areas of fitness-cardio, strength and flexibility.
Boot Camp 101 is for everybody - classes are offered at both beginner and intermediate levels.

Simply Yoga w/ Jorga
Be refreshed and invigorated in this easy and relaxing Yoga class designed to be accessible to new comers as well as long time practitioners. Simply Yoga classes are held Monday and Wednesday at 9-10am.
Cardio Mix w/ Jorga
Burn excess body fat with this fun mix of fat burning exercises! Cardio Mix classes are held on Tuesday and Thursday at 9-10am.
Mat Pilates w/ Rebecca
Core strengthening workout utilizing the techniques of Joseph Pilates! Mat Pilates classes are held on Fridays at 9-10am.
