Bill Keefer

Co-Owner of this gym and another in south Salem. Bill and his wife Toni came to Albany four years ago in search of a great place to live and retire. Their daughter and son-in-law moved here ahead of them with their two twin grandsons, Kenny and Konnor.

Bill has been actively involved in physical fitness all his life and always dreamed of owning his own gyms. He enjoyed a thirty-five year career in corporate management, traveled the world, learned what he needed and made great friends along the way.

Stop in and see Bill any time. You'll find him behind his vacuum or mopping the floors......with a smile on his face and a warm welcome to all!

Kenny Eshelman

   Our new North Albany, Oregon fitness center is pleased to introduce Mr. Kenny Eshelman as our very first "Charter" member! Kenny has quite a story to tell and with his permission we're pleased to share it with you.

   On May 10, 1987 Kenny was on his way home from a Navy Reserve meeting on his motorcycle. About one mile from home he was struck by a drunken driver resulting in many severe and life threatening injuries. Among them were a depressed right skull fracture, broken neck (three places), broken shoulder, shattered shin and three crushed vertebras. Kenny spent two months in the hospital, two weeks in rehab and six months in outpatient rehab twice weekly.

   It's Kenny's desire to keep his body in good shape and to stay limber to help alleviate the pain he lives with from the accident. Our Cybex equipment is ergonomically superior and offers the perfect fitness routines to help Kenny achieve his daily goals with the least possible effort.

  We are proud to have Kenny as our first "Charter Member" and pledge our support in helping him achieve his fitness goals! Welcome Kenny!
