Welcome to Snap Fitness of Aitkin
We are a relaxed atmosphere club and serve many different ages and ability levels. We strive to make your visit pleasant and effective. As a member we offer FREE orientations to the equipment, personally fitting the equipment to your body and strength level. Also, as a Personal Trainer you can take advantage of a FREE Consultation with myself. We measure your body fat, cardiovascular endurance, upper body strength, Core endurance, and flexability. That all comes to you for FREE, and the members that take advantage of these sessions do show the most imporvement and are lifetime members.
