Kara Schuster

Kara has been in club management since 1998, starting in Rochester, MN and then branching into Corporate Wellness for Northwest Athletic Club in Minneapolis for 3 years. Weight Loss Management along with club management in La Crosse/Onalaska WI in 2003 -2006. Now wrapping it all together with Club Ownership and Weight Loss Franchise Ownership since September 7, 2006. She has been a group fitness instructor since 1996 and a personal trainer since 2007.

When she isn't at the club she enjoys spending time with her hubby and three sons( Gavin 3 and Carson/Wade 11 months)!
