My training experience with Mishell Nibert was unique, in that she modified my training program to meet my needs in spite of issues with my blood pressure and lower back pain. Mishell's approach was extremely personable.  She always had a positive attitude and was able to keep me motivated especially during the days that I didn't feel like training.   As a result, I lost 20 pounds.  Keep doing what you're doing;  you're great at it.

For many years, I have recognized the importance of regular exercise. My exercise routine consisted of a daily thirty minute walk around my neighborhood. Of course, I was a “fair weather” walker and did not walk at all during the winter months because of the daylight situation. In December 2006 at my regular doctor’s exam, health issues reminded me that I needed exercise year round - good weather and bad. I had previously considered joining a gym but there were none convenient. I was very glad that Snap Fitness opened a gym in Radcliff. My husband and I both joined and immediately recognized the benefits of the cardio machines. After a brief period we also recognized that we were not getting the full benefit of the gym because we did not know how to use the various machines and what muscles they targeted. That information was shown on the machines but we needed guidance! We contacted a fitness trainer - Mishell N- and now have regular training sessions with her. She has developed an age appropriate training program for us, targeting the various muscle groups that we want to work. At each training session, she suggests different machines and various techniques so that we don’t get bored with our workouts. I would highly recommend using a personal trainer to get the full benefit of the gym experience and would specifically recommend Mishell Nibert. My husband and I both know that as we age, exercise is not an option - to maintain our health, it is a necessity

"Excellent service"

Just got back from my first visit to Snap Fitness. Being a newer exerciser (haven't worked out in about 10 years!) I was a little nervous that I would look out of place or wouldn't know where to start. The manager on duty, David, greeted me when I walked in and offered to take me around and show me how to use each piece of equipment. He also showed me how to set up my Personal Web Page and use the meal planning tool. Very cool! Definitely recommend Snap Fitness for beginners looking to get back to the gym!
