Member Mindy Burke and her newborn son, Lincoln.

Mindy's fitness routine included working out at Snap Fitness Holyoke right up to her due date. Fortunately, she delivered Lincoln at Cooley Dickinson Hospital and not at the gym!!!

She attributes her smooth delivery and speedy recovery to her continuing a safe exercise program right up to the end of her pregnancy.
