Abigail Vo, Snap Fitness Princess

Abigail, aka Abby, was born in the Year of the Golden Pig, a time that only comes every 600 years. According to Chinese astrolers, babies that are born within this year will experience prosperity and a healthy life. Abby has been with Snap Fitness since January 2008. She is known as Snap Fitness' princess because she is heir to John Dang, our general manager. Abby is not just a pretty face. She has proven to be a major asset to the club as she exemplifies inspiration and motivation to out members. Becca, Team Member

Becca is a friendly and hard-working team member.  She is very inviting and works diligently to review and maintain every member's account.  Currently a student at Delgado Community College, Becca is focusing on studies that will lead her to her goal of becoming a Dental Hygienist.  Becca serves the members of Snap Fitness and would gladly set up a tour and get you started on your journey through health, fitness and your overall well-being.

Greg D

31 year old Greg D. started his weight loss journey with Snap Fitness in January 2009.  In only 10 months, Greg has lost 85 pounds and hopes to reach his next milestone of 100 pounds by the close of 2009!

Greg said his decision to lose weight was made when he realized whenever he kneeled down or squatted he would have to brace himself on something to get up and he was unable to walk very far without his back hurting.

“Since my first day everyone at Snap Fitness has been very helpful.  They helped set up a meal and workout plan, anytime I had a question about something someone was there to answer it, even would stop to ask how things were going with my workout and my progress.  Well, let’s put it this way, I’m able to stand up without having to brace myself on anything and that is a great feeling.  I have more energy throughout the day and feel like I am able to do so much more physically now.”
