Mission

My mission is to motivate and inspire everyone to achieve their fitness goals and to understand that anyone and everyone can reach their goals. I want to help teach people what they need to know so they can maintain their fitness and nutrition goals for their whole life.  It's a life style, not a quick fix and it's so exciting! I want to be a part of helping someone change their life for the better.

Experience

I have been involved in fitness for many years through sports, dance, and lifting weights.  I attend the University of Northern Colorado with majors in Exercise Science and Nutrition, as well as minors in biology and psychology.  I have worked in a gym before and enjoy helping my family and friends achieve their fitness and nutrition goals.  I love seeing the change in the person when they realize they can do it and their goals are attainable.  It's as easy as showing up!

Interests

 I love sports.  Football and soccer are my favorite.  I also greatly enjoy dancing and horseback riding.  Fitness is my passion so I do enjoy lifting weights a lot. I find it is my stress relief.  My family and friends are the most important thing in my life.  I love being active and having fun.  You only get one life so my philosophy is get out there, get messy, and have some fun cuz you don't want to miss it!!
