Chatham Manager Sheila Raleigh

Hello my name is Sheila. I am the proud manager of Chatham Snap Fitness. I have been working out at Snap since 2007 and I have been employed by Snap since early 2009.

I find everyday to be a new challenge and a rewarding and learning experience here at the club. The members here make everyday of my job enjoyable.

To better serve you, I am currently working on getting my personal training certifications. We look forward to adding you to our fantastic gym family!

I have been going to Snap Fitness for a year now. I joined  
because I wanted a gym that was open when I wanted to go. I love the  
convenience of 24/7 and feel very safe going to the Chatham location.


    What surprized me was the friendliness of the manager.  From the  
day I walked in she made me feel like she really cared aboutme and my  
goals. We worked out a fitness plan and some attainable goals for me.  
WhenI go into the gym Sheila (the manager) is always willing to take  
the time to work with me. She is super friendly and always very  
encouraging.

    The gym is always clean and well taken care of.  If anything, I  
do wish the gym was larger.


   I would definitely recommend Snap Fitness to anyone looking for a  
clean, friendly atmosphere and a manager that truly cares about their  
well-being.

I have been a member of Snap for almost a year. This gym is great! I have found that its the cleanest and friendliest place in town. I felt welcome from the moment I stepped in the door. Sheila is great! She helped me learn machines that I didnt know, she really takes the time with you so that you can learn and improve on what you do at the gym. Sheila doesnt just show you around and help you for a few weeks or months, she is always here for my questions and needs.

I am excited that the gym is open 24 hours a day 7 days a week. My work schedule is so nuts, Snap allows me the flexibility I need. The equpment is top notch!  If I have problems or questions they are quickly answered with a smile.

I am on the road with my weight loss and so far I am down 15 pounds and counting. I have more energy that I ever had before.

I cant say enough about the gym and Sheila. Keep up the great work! P.S. I like the changes that you have made in the gym! Hope we see some new equipment soon.

Hello my name is Michelle Lauterbach my husband Brian and I joined Snap Fitness in late 2007 to get in shape for a trip. We worked out several days a week in the morning for about a Month then we always seemed to have an excuse not to go to the Gym. In January 2009 I had to buy a size 16 jeans and with the help and encouragement of Friends. I started going to Snap fitness for an hour a day by myself.  All my friends worked different hours and lived a distance from me. In February I finally decided I could weigh myself to see how much I really weighed, but that was a good Month into going to the gym and calorie counting. I weighed 198 lbs then.  With the help of Snap fitness staff encouragement, friends and family I continued to go to the gym regularly and the weight just kept coming off.  My time at Snap fitness was soon the highlight of my day. My goal weight was met in August 2009 a few days before my 39^th Birthday. The entire summer of 2009 I wore a bikini when boating and had not done that in over 15 years.  A total of 55 lbs was noted lost since the first time my weight was actually visualized on a scale. My jeans size is now an 8 and I feel better than I have in years. I continue to go to the gym at least three days a week and count my calories. It is a whole lifestyle change, but much worth it.
