“We did the usual hey, it's the 1st of the year, we should exercise and get in shape routine, like most do at that time of year. Little did we know how much we would enjoy working out. Chad has always been in pretty good shape spending all summer mountain biking. Kristine had never enjoyed working out and was never dedicated enough to get into a program.
