Kristina Goff

Kristina starting working for Snap Fitness in 2010 on a part time basis.  As a Club Representative, Kristina can help members with any club issue relating memberships, billing, club features, personal training packages, tanning, easyFIT product and scheduling equipment orientations and fitscores.  She always has a smile and is ready to help in any way she can.

Alicia Carruth

Alicia is our club newbie.  She joined our club team in January 2012 and we are very excited to have her with us.  Alicia has a long passion for health and fitness that dates back to her early school years.  An active health enthusiast, Alicia will assist members with any and all club related issues and questions.  Alicia will also lead our sales activities and will perform equipment orientations for our members.  Please see Alicia for any questions you may have.

Jim Lindahl

Our owner, Jim Lindahl, opened Snap Fitness in April 2007.  Snap Fitness Benson, quickly become one of the most successful small market health clubs in Minnesota as well of the upper midwest.  Known for its large, well organized and clean facility, this club continues to provide its members with not only a 24 hour fitness facility but many other services.  Personal Training services, multiple fun and exciting classes, tanning packages and new products like EasyFit are available at Snap Fitness Benson.

Although Jim does not live in Benson, he remains an active business owner and stays engaged in the club and is always in contact with the club representatives and personal trainers.  Members can contact Jim with any question or concern regarding the club. 

Bill & Jan Luzum

Jan & Bill Luzum have been enjoying Snap Fitness since becoming members since 2007. Whether they come together or seperate, they enjoy using Snap Fitness to stay active and healthy. According to Jan & Bill, "One must be active in life. Exercise and diet are important. It keeps your body and mind healthy." Bill has always played sports and still plays tennis twice a week! He uses Snap Fitness as a way to stay in shape during the off season and says, "It is a great aid to exercise indoors so one doesn't have to depend on the weather." They enjoy the equipment Snap Fitness offers and feel stronger and healthier when using it. They said, "Walking on a treadmill or 2-3 miles outdoors three or four times a week is very beneficial to your overall health, muscle tone, and weight control."

Ron Laycock

Ron enjoys Snap Fitness daily! Ron just finished physical therapy on his back and was referred to Snap Fitness by his physical therapist Larry Loen. He is excited to have Snap Fitness in Benson to continue his program. Ron's goals are to strengthen his back and enhance his mobility by utilizing the Snap Fitness strength training machines. What Ron likes best about Snap Fitness is that "the equipment is great and they are always available!" Since beginning in May, Ron has already seen improvements in his cardiorespiratory endurance as well as his muscle endurance! Ron's wife, Ione, is also a member and enjoys using the treadmills and recumbent bikes daily!
